These devices are designed to automatically mold film rolls into pouches, fill them with a predetermined amount of goods, and seal them to produce a final package. The first thing the machine does is unwind a roll of packing film. Then the film is formed into a tube as it goes through a forming tube, also called a collar. The FFS-Volumetric machine first seals the tube's bottom to form a pouch, which is subsequently filled with a predefined volume of product. This machine can pack any kind of product with a solid texture that is evenly granular.
